By creating an account or using TeachHire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate, current information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Accounts are subject to admin approval.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job posts, profile data) and grant TeachHire a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of facilitating connections between teachers and colleges.

Payments and Subscriptions

Subscription plans for colleges and featured profiles for teachers are billed via Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits (e.g. job postings) are enforced for the active billing period.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not post fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape data, upload malicious files, or impersonate any person or institution. Violations may result in account suspension.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms or that show signs of abusive behaviour. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

TeachHire is provided "as is". We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of any user-submitted listing or profile, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
